At YSI Electronics, we offer worldwide shipping to bring our products to customers around the globe. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. For most destinations, estimated delivery is:

  • Asia-Pacific: 5–10 business days
  • USA, Canada & Europe: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery, depending on their local laws.

We are not liable for damages/lost/delays caused by courier services or customs authorities, but we will do our best to assist you in resolving any delivery issues.
