At YSI Electronics, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please review our policies below for exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.
Exchange Policy
We offer a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange in the event that the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Photographic evidence of the damage or issue is required for verification.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at yongseinternational@gmail.com. Once your request is approved, we will send you the return address details via email.
Once the item is received and inspected, and the fault is verified, We may choose an exchange item of equal value or store credit equal to the original purchase price.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)
- Custom or personalized items
- Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)
- Sale items and gift cards

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at yongseinternational@gmail.com after placing your order. Cancellations are only possible before the order has been processed or shipped.
If your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
Custom-made, pre-order, and final sale items are not eligible for cancellation.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional time to post the refund.
Please note that:
- A 20% administrative fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.
- Shipping, bank, and platform fees incurred are strictly non-refundable.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you have not receive your refund, please contact us at yongseinternational@gmail.com.
